Doug Rathjen was raised near Ravenna, Nebraska and attended Ravenna High School. Doug graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Doug is a member and Treasurer of the Osceola School Board and is an assistant track coach for the Osceola High School track team. Doug is also a mentor for the Teammates Mentoring Program at Osceola Public Schools and serves as the Treasurer for the local Teammates chapter.
