Born and raised in Lincoln, moved to Scottsdale, Az in 1978 and received a BS in Economics from Arizona State University in 1982. Returned to Lincoln in 1989 and joined the National Bank of Commerce’s Private Banking Group. Joined Pinnacle Bank in 1998 and have been involved in consumer lending and mortgage lending for the past 21 years. Outside interests include fundraising for the Food Bank of Lincoln, the Lincoln Symphony, Family Service and Mourning Hope. Served six years on the board of the Community Health Endowment of Lincoln. Married to the author and oncology counselor, Pam Sands, for 36 years.
